If you don't remember your password, you can retrieve it from the app's home screen.

In order to set a new password, you need the account recovery key that you saved in a safe place during your user activation process. Have said key handy before starting the process.

If you do not have the recovery key, you will need to open a request so that the system administrator can handle it.

First, click the Forgot your password? from the access screen


Then enter your username or email


Once requested, the system reports that an email has been sent to the indicated mailbox


The email received includes the username and a link to generate a new password. Click the link to continue the process


It is at this point that it asks you for your account recovery key. Insert it and press the Submit button


When you validate the key, the system will invite you to enter a new password that you must confirm and save


With this last step, you will have a new password and can access normally.

The account recovery key will remain the same as the one you originally had, there is no need to download it again.
