The Ethics Mailbox is a module of the e-TRAM but works separately.
Depending on the configuration of the activated contexts (functional scope of the system), it can be used for internal, external or both scopes.
You do not need to have e-TRAM activated to use the Ethical Mailbox module as it is an attached environment. The Ethics Mailbox has its own URL, management environment and parameters.
