For security reasons, invitations are not sent automatically.
At the time of creating the recipient person , once you have clicked on Add, you will find the user person created in the system:
Invite the recipient by expanding the options by clicking the name of the person you want to invite, then click the "Send an activation link" button to send them an invitation to manage the Ethical Mailbox.
